He has been training for weeks, practicing his creative power. How to create and lead an experience where others will feel encouraged? Today, he joins with his “super squad” on a mission to “uplift the planet and make it a peaceful place.”
Like the rest of the heroes, Tiger Shark is nervous, and will literally leap into classrooms, both younger and older. Will he be laughed at and made fun of? What if it doesn’t go as planned?
He is interrupted in the 3rd grade classroom and met with low energy in 2nd grade. He uses his superpower on himself to keep the courage alive, and when he leaps into the 6th grade, KaBLaAm! He has everyone dancing!

Dares to make new things fun with fearless leadership
But how does one bring that life? With pizzazz! She inspired others to not hide from thunderstorms – instead, to embrace the thrill of feeling free in the rain.
The rest of the superheroes take up the call for the common good, blasting into classrooms with courage, heroic attempts to “uplift the planet”.
It’s clear that heroes make a difference in their community that day of “secret missions”. It’s also true that superheroes get a huge boost of confidence in their own sense of creative purpose. From the words of Inventive Ant’s teacher Mr. Lemley:
“He was really angry. Lose his temper, flip his desk, get into fights. Since STA, he’s become way
more of a kid, way more cheerful. His anger is kind of gone. When he gets frustrated now, he
starts drawing and using his imagination.”
